Ideal Computers

Ideal Computers wanted an up-to-date looking website with a customised content management system so that they could update their products and pages themselves.

We started by creating a tidy, futuristic interface for the website, making it as easy-to-navigate as possible.

We then wrote a customised content management system which allows them to log in and change pretty much everything about their site, from the text on each page to the products they offer and even the customer comments displayed on their homepage.

Their location page needed to show people exactly how to get to the shop, so we integrated a map with a pin marked on it using Google^TM Maps. We also added a simple form where visitors could enter their postcode which, when submitted, opens up a complete set of directions on how to get there in a new browser window.

Finally, we set up their web space and email accounts on our servers. We also installed a web-based email client should they wish to read and reply to their emails from anywhere in the world.
